Organisers - List Your Event

If you are organising an urban event that you would like to publicise, you may list your event free on this site.  UrbanEvents sends regular listings to people involved and interested in urban design including design champions, senior local authority staff (planning, regeneration, housing etc), Councillors, community activists and professionals - anyone in the broad field of creating successful places.

First, to register as an organiser complete the simple steps on the Organisors' Registration page.  Complete the details, submit the form and we will confirm your registration by sending an email validation and activation link.  You will then be able to log in to add your event.

Once you are registered, there are two options for adding your event - a free regular listing, or an enhanced listing.  With an enhanced listing your event is prominently marked and you have the option to upload your company logo which will draw more attention. You also have the option of accepting and managing online bookings.  The enhanced listing costs £25 per event with an introductory offer* of £1 per booking.

If you wish to have your event listed but do not want to register as an organiser, please contact urbanevents@r99.org.uk and we can arrange to insert any events you would like to publicise.
